  DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY! They are dishonest. I scheduled a massage appointment only. When I arrived to the facility they tried to trick me into an examination. Once I realized what was going on I asked that they return my paperwork. The women were disrespectful and rude! They scanned my personal information into their system against my consent! Identity theft is at an all time high! I was absolutely furious! They literally snatched my paperwork from me. DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY it's low quality.
