  I have spent hundreds of dollars at this place and had my ankle badly injured and THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME ICE. Here I am hobbling around with purple-bruised foot and they told me that they couldn't give me ice and that I should walk to Red's in the other building. So I painfully walked across to the other building and Red's restaurant handed me water without even asking (like a normal human being would). I am NEVER going to Just Downstairs again and I made sure to tell my entire office of their horrible customer service. Also, their Chai Lattes are awful.
